free, and that liberation became my greatest inspiration—I wanted to help others
find their freedom, just as I found mine.

What if there’s a
better way?
After listening to the fears and struggles of thousands of individuals with seemingly little in common, she realized many of the mental barriers and limiting beliefs she had struggled with were also present in many others—regardless of their background, culture, race, or religion.
But how could this be?

Rethinking
Established norms
As a mother of four young boys, Taryn searched for ways to teach her children how to master their minds, aiming to reduce the need for ‘unlearning’ negative patterns that so many adults face.
What she discovered was a massive information gap—There are plenty of materials on character building, positive thinking, and affirmations, all of which can be powerful tools but none of them address the deeper issue: how beliefs emotions, and thoughts work together to shape our perceptions. Without understanding the underlying principles of Mind Mastery, these tools are far less effective.
